The Ag-rGO composite implemented device showed substantial enhancement of device performance, suggesting that the incorporation of Ag-rGO into the active layer enhances the charge carrier generation and fast extraction to the electrode. Furthermore, the Ag-rGO based solar cells without encapsulation showed remarkable air stability under ambient environment.
