Graphene/Cu/graphene heat mirror with Cu thickness of 10 nm behaves like an antireflection coating (i.e., T >  80%). Whereas, at Cu thickness of 40 nm, the graphene based multilayer absorber exhibits very high optical absorption (i.e., α = 0.91). The concept of a heat mirror and a high/low/high refractive index stack was used to develop the graphene/Cu/graphene multilayer coating on quartz substrates and realize the transition from high transmittance to high absorptance.fx1

This study confirms lateral size of graphene have tremendous impact to their electrical properties. Size fractionated and uniform mono-layer graphene oxide (GO) sheets were obtained with large lateral size up to 50 μm and had high 2D Raman peak after reduction. With scalable industrial screen-printing method, the large size reduced GO sheets (rGS) can be planted on buffered layer substrates and served as high performance electrodes for field emission source, which had both lower turn-on field and higher field emission current than other rGS emitters. With good electronic properties, these rGS electrodes made by industry compatible method can be large-scale produced and bring the application insight.

In this paper, the 3D Co3O4/GO catalyst showed fine 3D ordered mesoporous structures. The synergistic effect of graphene oxide and Co3O4 made the 3D Co3O4/GO catalyst with the ethanol as solvent showed excellent catalytic activity and the cycle stability. The solvent influenced catalytic activity by changed the ratio of Co3+ and numbers of contained-oxygen groups. Based on this, the 3D Co3O4/GO(ET) catalyst presented superior catalytic activity and cycle stability.Image 1

The as-obtained MoO2/GL-C3N4 photocatalyst with 2% MoO2 exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, approximately 4.2 times as high as monomer GL-C3N4. Corresponding to the ESR and trapping experiments results, the possible photocatalytic mechanism confirmed that holes and •O2- played important parts during the RhB photo-degradation process.
