We established a DNase I enzyme-aided fluorescence amplification method for colorectal cancer exosome detection based on graphene oxide (GO)-DNA aptamers interaction, with good sensitivity and simple operation. The limit of detection of this method for colorectal cancer exosome is 2.1 × 104 particles/μl. Spinel CuMn2O4 and CuMn2O4/rGO are synthesized via a reflux route. The electrochemical properties of CuMn2O4/rGO for LIBs are firstly explored.
