The GO-CHZ could be obtained by simple covalent functionalization, and then GO-CHZ can be used as crystallization templates and co-ligand of CHZ-M(II) (M= Cu, Co, and Ni) complexes. Then, the GO-CHZ-M(II) hybrid crystals could be prepared with reduced sensitivity and increased photosensitivity could be obtained.
