A new system to manage search alerts

You’re receiving this email because you want to stay up to date with what’s new in your field and have created a search alert to receive the newest research directly in your inbox. ScienceDirect is currently optimizing a lot of its features to provide you with the best possible user experience, and as a result we have decided to discontinue the current search alerts system as of August 15th. We have built a better system which is now available for you to use. We are not able to automatically transfer your existing alert to the new system, and therefore kindly ask you to redo your original search via https://www.sciencedirect.com/search/advanced and set up a new search alert for yourself. A set search alert link is available on the left hand side of the search alerts page. Upon selecting this a new screen will give you the option to set up a new alert choosing either weekly or monthly frequency. Please make sure you set up your new alerts soon, as we will unfortunately not be able to send you your current alerts after August 15th.
