Graphical abstractIn this report, Pt nanoparticles (NPs) were uniformly deposited on the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanosheets, previously coated with a layer of polydopamine (PDA). The novel composites have high electrochemically active surface area and high electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of H2O2 with a low detection limit and a high sensitivity.
