4.One-step co-electrodeposition of graphene oxide doped poly(hydroxymethylated-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) film and its electrochemical studies of indole-3-acetic acid
Chinese Chemical Letters, Available online 9 January 2014, Pages
Zi-Lan Feng, Yuan-Yuan Yao, Jing-Kun Xu, Long Zhang, Zi-Fei Wang, Yang-Ping Wen

Graphical abstract

A novel graphene oxide doped poly(hydroxymethylated-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOTM) film has been preparedviaone-step co-electrodeposition and utilized in the electrochemical studies of the phytohormone, indole-3-acetic acid.

5.Polystyrene-graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode as a new class of polymeric nanosensors for electrochemical determination of histamine
Chinese Chemical Letters, Available online 9 January 2014, Pages
Lotfali Saghatforoush, Mohammad Hasanzadeh, Nasrin Shadjou

Graphical abstract

A facile and rapid synthesis of polystyrene-graphene oxide nanocompositevia in situpolymerization of styrene and graphene oxide is reported, which provides a path to a novel class of polymeric materials and their use in electrochemical sensing of histamine (a biogenic amine). Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated that the oxidation process of histamine is irreversible and diffusion controlled. The prepared nanocomposite shows excellent electroactivity for histamine oxidation.

6.Synthesis of Pt nanoparticles on electrochemically reduced graphene oxide by potentiostatic and alternate current methods   Original Research Article
Materials Characterization, Available online 9 January 2014, Pages
J. Molina, J. Fernández, A.I. del Río, J. Bonastre, F. Cases
