A novel design of EME technique combined with HPLC-UV was developed for determination of Pramipexole in urine samples. The cooperation effect of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) dispersed in the solvent membrane and dissolved Triton X-114 in the sample solution augments the preconcentration of Pramipexole by the EME method.
