Covalent Modification of Graphene Oxide with Poly(N-vinylcarbazole) Containing Pendant Azobenzene Chromophores for Nonvolatile Ternary Memory Original Research Article Carbon, Available online 9 April 2018, Pages Bin Zhang, Liu Liu, Luxin Wang, Xiangyu Tian, Yu Chen
Graphical AbstractA novel polymer chemically modified graphene oxide (GO) functional material with pendant donor–trap–acceptor (D-T-A) structure, PVK-AZO-GO, has been synthesized. The PVK-AZO-GO film sandwiched between ITO and Al electrodes exhibited a ternary electrical switching and nonvolatile WORM memory effect, with an OFF: ON1: ON2 current ratio of 1: 101.6: 104.5, and lower switching threshold voltages of –1.53 (ON1) and –2.50 V (ON2).Image
