| DNase I enzyme-aided fluorescence signal amplification based on graphene oxide-DNA aptamer interactions for colorectal cancer exosome detection Original Research Article Talanta, Volume 184, 1 July 2018, Pages 219-226 Hui Wang, Hui Chen, Zhipeng Huang, Tengda Li, Anmei Deng, Jilie Kong
Graphical abstractWe established a DNase I enzyme-aided fluorescence amplification method for colorectal cancer exosome detection based on graphene oxide (GO)-DNA aptamers interaction, with good sensitivity and simple operation. The limit of detection of this method for colorectal cancer exosome is 2.1 × 104 particles/μl. This method was also verified in 19 clinical blood serum samples (5 μl) to distinguish healthy and colorectal cancer patients, which showed significant diagnostic power.fx1
 | Choice for graphene as conductive additive for cathode of lithium-ion batteries Original Research Article Journal of Energy Chemistry, Available online 29 March 2018, Pages Ying Shi, Lei Wen, Songfeng Pei, Minjie Wu, Feng Li
Graphical abstractThree typical graphenes from different fabrication methods were systematically investigated as conductive additives in the LiCoO2 cathodes. The transmission mechanism for these graphenes was discussed and essential factors for the electrochemical performance were also proposed.Image, graphical abstract
