The typical thickness was approximately 1.180nm for GO-VG, 1.050nm for GO-LG, 0.986nm for GO-FG, and 0.925nm for GO-FG, while the thickness of routinely synthesized single GO sheets ranged from 0.7–1.2nm. Specifically, the sheets with a thickness less than 2nm totaled 60.05% for GO-VG, 69.18% for GO-LG, 74.25% for GO-FG, and 84.79% for GO-AG.
